Regarded as gifted business manager within the Victorian tourism industry, LATS co-founder Polly Gibson is an experienced marketing strategist, relationship manager, trainer/presenter and a native of 21st century booking management systems (BMS). Her knowledge and flair for tourism marketing strategy spans traditional, customer-led, business to business, offline and digital. Polly is particularly adept at customising online business tools to create streamlined processes and improve the customer experience.
In her previous role as marketing manager at Bunyip Tours – a Victorian Tourism Award Hall of Fame winner, Polly was inducted in 2019 as a Victorian Tourism Awards judging panelist. She holds a Diploma of Tourism and board experience with the Backpackers Operators Association of Victoria. She is a graduate of the Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership Program.
