Ingrid’s skill in designing an exceptional guest experience spans over 30 years in retail, hospitality and tourism. Completing a service traineeship with Myer early in her career, Ingrid continued to share her passion for impeccable service standards at the highly successful Colonial Tramcar Restaurant. Working in every department from hospitality to reservations and marketing, Ingrid went on to become general manager to a team of 60 personnel. Her deep knowledge of the business allowed her to identify gaps in training, service and experience and she was responsible for marketing innovation that led to regular sell out sessions with availability booked months in advance. During Ingrid’s tenure, Melbourne’s Colonial Tramcar Restaurant earned a reputation as a ‘must do’ experience for visitors to Victoria.
Ingrid holds a Diploma in Tourism. She is a graduate of the Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership program and has obtained a certificate(traineeship) in customer service and guest experience.
