Ingrid is a highly regarded tourism professional who is well known for her most recent role as General Manager of the world renowned Colonial Tramcar Restaurant. Bringing over 30 years of business and leadership experience to the LATS team, Ingrid has proven results in delivering a first class tourism experience for the enjoyment of visitors to our beautiful city – day in, day out. 

Ingrid joins the LATS team with considerable experience in overseeing all aspects of a successful tourism business, including recruiting, training and managing a team of over 60 unique personalities across the departments of Reservations Sales & Marketing, Front of House and Kitchen.  It is these necessary skills that can see Ingrid work with you to take your business through to its next stage and achieve your required business goals.

Having attended the Australian Tourism Exchange (ATE) for the last 17 years and participating in more than 30 other trade events around the world, Ingrid has been successful in fostering strong global partnerships and in turn, increased the sales and visitation of the tourism attraction she represented.  In 2005, Ingrid was also able to work with her existing global tourism partners to successfully introduce Eureka Skydeck as Melbourne’s newest and most exciting tourism attraction.

Having successfully completed a Diploma in Tourism and partcipating in the Melbourne Tourism Industry Leadership program, Ingrid is committed to assisting you with your business needs and continuing her work to increase the visitation to the world’s most liveable City – Melbourne.
